Installation Guidelines
1. Before assembly, verify hole patterns and overall dimensions against mating components. Confirm the drawing revision to avoid using the wrong version.
2. Align the locating slots on the plate with the corresponding positioning protrusions on the equipment to achieve proper alignment and prevent misplacement.
3. Tighten screws to the torque specified in the equipment design standards. Do not over-torque, as this may cause plate deformation or thread damage.
4. Never use excessive force or hammering during assembly, as this may deform holes or scratch the plate surface.
After-Sales Service
1. Production is carried out strictly according to the mutually confirmed drawings and samples.
2. If delivered products do not match the confirmed drawings, resolution will follow the pre-agreed plan between both parties.
3. Custom machined products are not eligible for return or exchange without a valid reason. For dimension changes, the customer must provide a new drawing revision for re-confirmation.
4. Production-process communication is available, and on-request machining photos can be provided.
