The choice of materials and surface treatments for electrical supply box enclosures directly determines the product's environmental adaptability and service life.

• Cold-rolled steel sheet: Excellent stamping forming and mechanical strength, with a yield strength exceeding 235MPa, and dimensional accuracy controlled within ±0.1mm after stamping. Surface treatment combines phosphating and electrostatic spraying, with phosphating thickness ≥8μm and powder coating thickness ≥60μm. Suitable for dry, low-dust environments.
• Stainless steel: For harsh environments, 304 stainless steel with a nickel content ≥8% and a chromium content ≥18% is selected. For extreme environments such as high humidity and high corrosion in coastal areas, 316 stainless steel with added molybdenum is selected. The stainless steel outer shell utilizes laser cutting combined with precision welding, achieving a weld strength of up to 90% of the base material's strength.
• Aluminum alloy: Highly conductive and lightweight. After anodizing, an oxide film exceeding 12μm is formed.

1. Raw material selection and testing: Suitable raw materials are selected based on requirements, conforming to material standards. Surface flatness is inspected, requiring an error of no more than 0.2mm, and the material must be free of scratches, rust, and impurities.
2. CNC programming and layout: Based on customer drawings, 3D modeling software (CAD/CAM) and CNC programming are used to generate codes for laser cutting and stamping equipment. Nested layout of sheet metal maximizes raw material utilization (over 85%).
3. Precision cutting: Fiber laser cutting machines perform precision cutting with an accuracy of ±0.1mm. For irregular structures or special hole positions, the hole position tolerance is ≤0.2mm, and cutting can be completed in a single pass. After cutting, burrs are removed by mechanical grinding to ensure smooth workpiece edges;
4. Stamping: CNC punching machines are used for stamping, paired with high-precision molds, achieving an accuracy of ±0.05mm, ensuring consistent dimensions of the stamped parts;
5. Bending: Bending machines can precisely control the bending angle, with an angle accuracy of ±0.5°. During bending, positioning fixtures are used to fix the workpiece, and the perpendicularity tolerance of the bent edge is ≤0.2mm/m;
6. Welding: Stainless steel shells or large box frames are welded using argon arc welding or carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. Welds are treated with pickling and passivation or grinding to remove slag and burrs;
7. Surface Treatment: Cold-rolled steel sheets undergo phosphating and electrostatic powder coating; stainless steel is polished according to requirements, achieving a precision of Ra0.8μm; aluminum alloys undergo anodizing to form an oxide film with a thickness of 12-15μm, and are colored according to requirements;
8. Finished Product Inspection and Testing: After completion, finished products undergo inspection in three main aspects: dimensions, appearance, and protective performance. Dimensions must meet the drawing requirements, and the outer surface must be free of peeling, scratches, and color differences;
9. Packaging and Shipping: Qualified products are cleaned and then placed in customized packaging. Large products are packaged on wooden pallets to ensure they are not damaged during transportation.
